A Year of Growth and Gratitude: 2025 YEAR-IN-REVIEW

A collage of the ALLVAR team and moving pictures. 2025 YEAR-IN-REVIEW

It is that time of year again. As I look back on 2025, I am amazed at how far we have come.

With our material being integrated into four new production-scale applications this year, we are seeing sustainable company growth. I am most proud of the ALLVAR team when a customer comes tells us our material performed exactly how we said it would and helped them do something they could have never done before. As a graduate student wondering if I should start a company all those years ago, I dreamed of making an impact for those working on cutting edge technology. I am very grateful to our customers for working with us and trusting us to make this dream a reality.

2025 has also been a year of transition for ALLVAR. My family and I moved from Syracuse, NY back to College Station, TX where the company was founded 11 years ago. While we are missing all our friends back in Syracuse, coming back to our roots and has brought the ALLVAR team closer together.

ALLVAR’s growth and my homecoming has enabled us to hire two more part-time employees in College Station to help build out our facilities and manage our quality system. We have only worked together for a short time, but they are hardworking individuals; essential to be part of ALLVAR’s team.

Looking to 2026, I am excited to continue delivering high quality products to our customers and growing in the right direction. We are building something truly unique.

Happy Holidays.
